Can I Cancel My Online Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders canceled after this period may not receive a full refund. We will work with you to find a solution.

Am I Able to Return/Exchange My Coffee Products?

For health and safety reasons, once coffee products leave our facility, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if an error was made, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We want to ensure you are satisfied and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Note: Items purchased online cannot be returned to any Liquid Coffee location, and items bought through third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.

Other Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Special orders

Can I Return/Exchange Hard Goods and Apparel?

Hard goods and apparel may be returned or exchanged. If you received a damaged product or incorrect item, or are not happy with hard goods or apparel please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. In the case of defective or damaged hard goods or apparel we typically request a photo of the defective product for further review.

Do You Expedite Shipping for Mistakes?

Liquid Coffee is not responsible for inaccurate customer information. Please verify that your shipping and payment details are correct when placing your order. Shipping times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather delays, and employee shortages. We are not liable for shipping delays. If a delay occurs, please use the tracking information provided and contact the carrier for assistance.

How Long Will My Order Take to Ship?

Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to ship from our facility.

Does Liquid Coffee Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, every order will receive a tracking email. If you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam/junk folders. You can also log into your account and check the ‘My Orders’ section for tracking details. If you still require assistance, please reach out to us.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the delay.

How Long Does a Return Take (Credit Processed)?

Depending on your bank, it may take 2-5 business days to process a refund.
